We've worked with Intus Lettings in Sheffield for a few years now and have always found them a pleasure to deal with. Sarah and Harrison are always friendly and professional. They're a great team who clearly care about what they do, and it's been a pleasure building such a strong working relationship over the years. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Worked with Intus now for a year or two and have found this agency to be one of the best around, always very professional and knowledgeable regarding their properties, being a contractor I come across a lot of agencies, so I know the good and the bad, these guys are great and I look forward to working alongside them and within their great properties for a long time…
Walk into the office and you will receive a professional conduct from all the staff and a big smile (especially from Naomi Wright 😊) couldn’t recommend this agency enough, just fabulous ☺️

We have been for almost 2 years in intus lettings, no complains because everything is good and now we are going to ended our tenancy. I can say about this a fact it’s been the most amazing experience. They handle everything with a high standard, first day and even last. The senior property Manager Harrison banks was very responsive, transparent and super kind. Harrison handled everything even maintenance and now my end of tenancy and I can say he was an absolute star as well as very considerate seeing as my time had to change because of work and he adjusting and accommodated this. Thank you so much harrison and team intus. I would always recommend them to anyone looking to rent. They would always provide flat in good standard and clean.

Ruby is an asset to the company with excellent communication on the phone and through email. Unlike many other letting agencies she keeps you informed and does what she commits to, doesn’t just leave you in the dark. Thanks Ruby and I look forward to hearing more from you 👍

I’ve had an incredible experience with Intus Lettings this past year. They have been extremely helpful & if I have ever had any enquiries they are very quick and efficient to respond. Harrison, especially, has been so friendly, professional and attentive. They have helped relieve any stress, during both the moving in & out process. I am very grateful for their continuous support. I have been working with Intus Lettings for the management of all my apartments, and I have been very pleased with the service they provide.

The team is always helpful, professional and approachable. Any queries or issues are dealt with in a helpful and timely manner, which makes managing my properties much easier.

A special mention to Laura, who is my main point of contact. She is always helpful, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

The maintenance team also deserves recognition for being super helpful and supportive whenever anything needs attention.

Overall, I am very happy with the service from Intus Lettings and would happily recommend them to other landlords looking for a reliable and supportive property management team.

I’ve been with Intus Lettings since 2006, when they were The Letting Room on Whitegate Drive, so that’s 20 years..!

A massive thank you to Emma, and particularly Vicky, for all their help and support over the past few months, which have been challenging. They’ve both been fantastic throughout, helping me get everything back on track. I really appreciate all their hard work and the effort they’ve put in.

After 20 years renting out my property with the company, I’m still happy to recommend them..!

We had a great experience working with Naomi and Intus Lettings. They were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process, making it easy for us at MPH Sports to help secure a tenant for our apartment in Sheffield. Communication was great, and we really appreciated their support. We look forward to working together again in the future!
