Vicky was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Out of every estate agent I tried in all of the FY postcodes nobody was as helpful or professional as Vicky was with Intus Lettings. The whole thing was quick, easy and very stress free. They made me feel very welcome when I got my new home also. If the day comes and I ever need to get a new property. I know who my first call will be to. 10/10 on all fronts.

The senior property Manager Harrison and the others before him were always very responsive, transparent and kind. From my initial contact with Intus, I was impressed with their response times and helpfulness. I couldn't view the property in person as I lived 150 miles away, so they sent a video. The communication was so good that I wasn't stressed in any way, which is not always the case with a house move. Vicky is an absolute gem, she even rang me the morning I was driving up to double check I had my documents. Emma was also extremely helpful when it came to the inventory. When I arrived to collect the keys, I was made to feel welcomed. Aside from this, the property is fantastic. Both are an asset to the business, putting service first.
