A full inventory is vital for any landlord to ensure that any damage incurred by a tenant can be accurately billed for at the end of a tenancy. An accurate and thorough inventory at the outset will form a part of your contract with the tenant and is an essential part of minimising disputes over deposit repayments down the line.

Ideally completed as close to tenant check-ins as possible, our full inventory report will include details of the condition of carpets/flooring, walls, doors and any woodwork; condition of any gardens or outdoor space which is part of the property; confirmation that all storage space is both empty and in good order; and the general cleanliness of the property. All of the above will be photographically documented.
